MANAGER

"Bailey is one of the strongest big picture thinkers on our team. Change doesn't scare her, it excites her. She possesses every technical skill needed to excel in her role and constantly seeks out opportunities to learn new skills and expand her knowledge base to make informed strategic decisions for her clients.

Her interpersonal skills are superior- she is respectful, builds tight relationships across all departments and seeks opportunities to collaborate with others to improve projects and processes. She is particularly adept at the soft skills that can be hard for others to grasp and makes her an invaluable member of our team."

COLLEAGUE

"Bailey is an unbelievable swiss army knife of sales, product marketing, client service, and marketing strategy. While Bailey began her work at TVR overseeing all our sold deliverables as Senior Account Manager, she quickly got her hands dirty solving for other needs across the company. For example: Bailey stepped up to organize and coordinate product marketing for a new custom page on site. The time-sensitive campaign had been delayed due the departure of a colleague, but Bailey took over the entire process and worked across the editorial, paid media buying, and creative teams to design an omni-channel campaign driving record low CPAs through the campaign. This is just one example of what Bailey is able to do every single day."

DIRECT REPORT

"Bailey is a strategic thinker, able to handle asap fire drills, absolutely, but constantly looking at the long game of how client relationships are maintained and how products grow and improve. Countless accounts would never have been renewed, and countless product improvements wouldn't have been made without Bailey. Her love language (ha!) is processes, and seeing team members work seamlessly together toward a final deliverable. And of course, Bailey was an incredible mentor and advisor. She is a true leader and inspiring mentor who takes her work incredibly seriously but is always willing to laugh and joke with the rest of the team."
